Broaden your horizonKCH International initiate and participate in international projects involving research into various elements of education and the labour market, and where institutions and experts from different countries collaborate and encourage mobility.
In this way we can learn from one another about the varying international needs, allowing us to pass on this knowledge to our own educational systems and labour markets. We reach agreements with our ever-expanding international network, allowing us to achieve effective outcomes.KHC International act as a unifying influence on the many parties involved. Our years of experience have made us a reliable collaborative partner and centre of expertise.
In brief, KCH International take a unified and practical approach to the issues.
International competenciesA good example of what we mean is the way the Export Assistant dossier changed as a result of the Cominter project. The Dutch dossier was adapted in close liaison with Fenedex and SOG, on the basis of the international Import and Export Assistant profile. The changes involved the introduction of international competencies resulting from the INTENT project as well as changes to the core tasks.
The objective of the follow-up project, Project Recomfor, will be to implement ECVET by establishing a European network of schools with the aim of validating examination results achieved in a foreign teaching context. By working transparently together towards a common goal, the project partners have laid the foundations for mutual trust, facilitating mobility.
Working togetherWorking with our international partners, we learn about the international requirements affecting our education system. European policy is translated into a range of contexts in order to achieve a greater degree of harmonisation between educational systems and labour markets. The proper positioning of new competencies is essential here if increasing mobility is to be encouraged among students and professionals.
Working with schools and other agencies both at home and abroad, KCH International offer international participants in professional education the opportunity to pursue their education in educational establishments abroad. The content of teaching must be broader: as well as professional competencies and know how there must be an increasing emphasis on the so-called "soft skills”.
